Print Description:
This original lino print features two Magpies. One is hanging upside down on a branch offering a red berry to the other Magpie that is stood upright looking toward the berry. Printed by hand in Sage Green and Prussian Blue Cranfield Colours ink on beautiful Ho-Sho paper.
What is a ‘Second’?
This means there will be slight flaws which happen during the printing stage, resulting in them not making the final edition. These flaws can vary from smudging, un-even inking, un-alignment, etc but this is what makes ‘seconds’ so much more unique and loveable!
In this case the two seconds are Test Prints; exploring different papers. One is printed on handmade natural Lokta paper and the other is on Ho-Sho paper with some minor flaws detailed in the images.
Delivery:
The print is carefully placed in a protective sleeve and into a board backed envelope marked "DO NOT BEND" to be delivered safely to you.
