Print Description:
This original lino print captures a peaceful forest floor scene. A small wren perches on a mushroom, looking up at two snails. Hand-carved and hand-printed from start to finish, it’s printed in rich black Cranfield Colours ink on delicate 30gsm Nepalese Lokta paper.
Why is this print part of the Super Seconds Festival?
5 are ‘Seconds’ (1 of which is a test print on different paper) and 28 are old stock. ‘Seconds’ means there will be slight flaws which happen during the printing stage, meaning they didn’t make the final edition. These flaws can vary from smudging, un-even inking, un-alignment, etc and this is what makes ‘seconds’ so much more unique and loveable!
Delivery:
The print is carefully placed in a protective sleeve and into a board backed envelope marked "DO NOT BEND" to be delivered safely to you.
