This hand-pressed lino print blends bold shapes, patterns, and playful perspective to create a layered landscape scene. In the foreground, you’ll find hedges and a house, with ploughed fields and trees in the middle, and distant hills and stormy-bright skies in the background.
Printed in black and gold Cranfield Colours ink on delicate, handmade 40gsm Mitsumata Washi paper, each piece is unique.

This original lino print depicts a floating island topped with a small house, smoke curling from its chimney, and a flag adorned with a flying fish. Vines trail down from the island’s edges, while ladders and paths wind around its rocky base, adding to the sense of adventure and imagination.

Why is this print part of the Super Seconds Festival?
